Martin Machado is a versatile education and business professional with over two decades of robust experience. As the Co-CEO at UKTDA, he adeptly assists companies in promoting their products and services to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI), particularly in the African, Caribbean, and Pacific markets. His expertise lies in content creation, staff development, coaching, leadership development, and executing exclusive events for optimal exposure and business generation.

Martin has an illustrious career in education, serving as a Lecturer/Assessor at Lewisham Southwark College since 2012, where he coordinates short courses and tutors on BTEC Level 1 IT, ITQ IT Users from Entry 3 to Level 2, Networking Fundamentals, and Website Design. Prior to this, he was an NVQ Assessor/Internal Verifier at Newham College, where he championed an e-assessing environment using the Vision2Learn platform.

His experience is further enriched by serving in key roles such as Training & Development Manager at Digital brain Education Services Ltd and ICT Teacher at Kingsmead Secondary School. These positions enabled him to effectively manage training initiatives, develop innovative learning materials, and instruct ICT at various student levels.

Additionally, Martin has shown a dedicated commitment to community service, as reflected in his significant involvement in various local organizations like the Hackney Chamber of Commerce and Hackney Young People’s University. Martin’s interests span from military history to basketball, proving his multifaceted personality. This broad experience and diverse skill set make him an accomplished professional in his field.
