Project 1: We require ten residents primarily 16 to 25 years old, however, we will make exceptions for the right candidates. This project will involve 13 weeks of street market training online and offline in Maida Hill market for two days per week to develop individuals who want to eventually run their market stall that can be supported by an online shopping experience.
Candidates will receive a vocational unit accreditation in the Principles of Business.
Project 2: We require one hundred Westminster graduates who will be placed into professional roles in and around the City of London, at present we are primarily focusing on IT, software, cyber security, and fintech companies. Candidates will be given an online assessment and an introduction to relationship/trust-based selling courses.
Our graduate scheme has a guarantee at the end of 12 months of paid experiential learning candidates will earn a minimum of £30,000 plus commission and bonuses.
Candidates will receive vocational units accreditation for each stage of the program they pass.
