Junior Consultant
This is a remote working opportunity on a self-employed basis.
In your role as a junior consultant, you will support the goals and challenges of the SOSI in 1-2-1 online consultations and our 2B3 brand, also the goals, and the challenges of our micro businesses. We will support you to provide services that promote a structured entrepreneurial learning environment, that is characterised by fair treatment of staff. Effective communications, personal accountability, respect, trust, and mutual respect.
We will support you to seek and provide business solutions to resolve entrepreneurial issues that hinder the performance of our client’s business.

What we do
Our junior consultants offer advice and expertise to client organisations to help them improve their business performance. Our work can primarily focuses on sales operations, strategy, management, IT, finance, marketing, HR, and supply chain management across a wide range of industries and specialisms.
The Role
- Roles & Responsibilities: • Reporting to SOSI business development director • Develop, and close a pipeline of learning and business prospects.
- Provide end-to-end ownership for businesses on behalf of SOSI.
- Qualify leads and manage the qualification process to truly understand business requirements and align these to courses and business services as required.
- Assist businesses through a process of understanding their needs, creating a solution, and defining a solution; with responsibility for then negotiating services options, closing the deal, and providing strategic direction for the solution.
- Integrate with the other service providers.
- Support the business development team to create value, diversify, customise, generate leads, and close business.
- Lead and own the planning process including response documents and completing sales, marketing, and business plans. • Drive partnership and collaboration with key vendors. • Develop and execute a jointly agreed sales plan in collaboration with Global Educ8tions in order to maximise opportunities in growing new business and market share.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- The ability to qualify and develop prospective clients from a cold start and manage the consultancy process right through to successful results.
- An ability to source, generate and qualify new lead opportunities in order to build new relationships.
- This is a relationship-based junior consultancy role, particularly with good knowledge of customer service.
- The willingness to build a solid understanding and proven track record in consultancy and business solutions and the ability to create value for clients.
- A keen focus on gaining an understanding of technology, emerging technologies, and the broader market.
- The ability to develop long-term relationships as a trusted agent for learners and customers.
- The ability to drive internal collaboration and learn virtually on Teams.
- The ability and willingness to support the growth of online learning and business services to align with competition in the market.

- No experience is required as full and comprehensive training will be given

- Revenue split scheme based on performance

Start-up costs
