Position Overview
As an Associate People Partner at Your True Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting the goals and challenges of our brand and clients. This is a remote working opportunity on a self-employed basis, providing you with the autonomy to build your business area while contributing to our mission of creating a people-centred, agile, and innovative Human Resources Consultancy.
Job Role
Support the goals and challenges of Your True Solutions and our clients.
Provide services promoting a healthy working environment characterised by fair treatment, effective communication, personal accountability, respect, trust, and mutual respect.
Seek and provide solutions to workplace issues aligned with our client’s business principles.
Contribute to building a respectful, people-centred, and inclusive work culture.
Responsibilities
Talent acquisition through search, selection, and assessment.
Offer employment advice.
Manage employee issues.
Contribute to future-proofing client organisations.
Serve as a Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador.
Develop and implement employment opportunities.
Participate in business development and sales training.
Facilitate learning and development, offering bespoke training.
Serve as client liaison Partner.
Key Skills & Requirements
Graduate level education.

Experience
No prior experience is required; comprehensive training and resources will be provided.
Compensation
Revenue split scheme based on performance.
