The Society of Sales Innovation cooperative is probably the worlds first sales cooperative. Our founder’s Dr Andy Ray and Vonley Joseph established the organisation in November 2016 to support professional development in sales globally.
We primarily work with micro and SME organisations to develop their sales, educate and empower their salesforce into the ethical and moral compass needed to build and sustain valuable relationships in selling.
Our inhouse enterprise programs offer sales opportunities from within our current membership to develop individuals who want to get into the world of sales and enterprise.
We also partner with employers and our membership to support unemployed individuals into building professional careers in sales by aligning them to a structured pathway for success.
Our business consultancy links junior consultants with senior consultants to support micro and SME business growth through increasing sales.
